Driving a car to work can be a difficult habit to shake. How can we encourage citizens to take more sustainable modes of transport? We are working with a Portuguese Research & Development lab which has recently developed a platform which rewards people for reducing their CO2 footprint in transport.
We support the team in the building of an engaging user experience that motivates long-term sustainable behavior change. We’ve been advising on how to make the app more persuasive, namely on how to make the onboarding experience more engaging and the CO2 savings more understandable.
