Promoting diversity & Inclusion

To create diverse and inclusive workplaces, we need to go to the core of what really influences diversity and inclusion decisions. These decisions are mainly automatic, and thus influenced by unconscious biases and subtle contextual features.

We’ve partnered with a major law firm to write a report on the behavioral barriers to workplace diversity and inclusion. By the end of the report, we will present recommendations to promote inclusion and diversity on the workfloor.
